Terms of Use
By downloading or using PourCalc you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. License
A personal, non-transferable license to use PourCalc on Apple devices you own, under Apple's standard Licensed Application EULA, and on Android devices in accordance with the Google Play Terms of Service.
2. Guidance only
Pour amounts, fragrance-load limits, cure times, and cost figures are estimates based on typical values. Waxes, fragrances, and vessels vary. You are responsible for test-pouring and burn-testing before selling any candle.
3. Safety
Candle making involves hot wax and open flame. You are solely responsible for safe practice, appropriate wick and vessel selection, and following candle-safety and labelling regulations where you sell. We are not liable for any loss, injury, fire, or damaged product arising from use of the app.
4. Subscriptions
Pro is an auto-renewing annual subscription billed through your Apple ID or Google account, renewing unless cancelled 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel in your App Store or Google Play settings.
5. Your content
You own your recipes and data and grant us only the limited rights needed to store and sync them if you enable sync.
6. Limitation of liability
Provided "as is" without warranties; liability limited to what you paid in the previous 12 months.
